1/2/2024 0 Comments Xcom 2 voice pack tutorialMostly, these kind of mods adds a soldier voice for you to use in the Soldier Customization.Voicebanks is a like a list of SoundCues to play for each event, like when your soldiers' use their abilities Suppression, Combat Protocol, Domination.Packages is what the Unreal Engine uses. I quoted this so it's easier to follow and read.Voicepacks is exactly what it is, a mod that adds or replaces voices for you soldiers. I'll try to explain the best I can, since it has been a while since I used Unreal 3/UDK. Will have another look when I'm less tired.Some other notes:Step 5 - might be worth showing a screen cap of the pop up box as there are a couple of fields in there that I guessed at.Step 17 - showing screen cap that's filled out would be useful as it's not clear whether quote marks or angled brackets should/shouldn't be included.This is really useful stuff though. I just get silence in-game.As I said, it's getting late here for me, so this could be down to me not reading it properly. A suggested naming convention might be really useful for us idiots to follow.I can get my cues working ok in ModBuddy, I have built and rebuilt the voicebanks, and checked the connection in the Voice file.Īll seems ok. I Love this Game so much, and with these Mods it becomes much more Enjoyable. I am playing XCOM 2 way to long, in Numbers 1508 hours in Total for Now. For a couple of weeks I searched on google for Nude Mods for XCOM 2 and the Result took me to this Thread.A Borderlands themed voice pack featuring a raving cannibalistic lunatic. A Call of Duty Black Ops/World at War themed voice pack featuring the screamingest Russian that ever bossed you around a level. This mod will add Annette's voice (French Accent) from XCom EW to your game. I suspect it's a naming convention thing, as there's a bewildering array of different names for things.
